Leading Aim

A government led initiative to build management skills in professional industries where people learn as they go and lack the relevant people management skills. The project included name creation, logo and corporate literature. The icon integrates the Leading Aim initials and incorporates two ways to manage people - setting targets and a friendly ‘arm around the shoulder’
